(briefly "ENHERBA"), we show maximum sensitivity to ensure the confidentiality and security of the personal data of all our customers and visitors in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and other relevant legislation. Your personal data is processed by us within the framework outlined below in the capacity as “Data Controller”, which we have carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the related legislation.

Firstly, your personal data is processed in order to fulfill the obligations imposed on us by the provisions of the legislation, especially the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and the Tax Procedure Law No. 213.
Your personel data is processed in order to ensure customer satisfaction, which is our most important principle for purposes such as ensuring data security, providing the product and service you request at the highest level, providing after-sales support for the products and services offered, having your profile record ready for your next service and product request, determining the services and products suitable for you in the fastest and most accurate way in addition to fulfilling our legal obligations.
Your personal data can also be processed for purposes such as improving our products and services offered to you, announcing our products and campaigns, correctly planning, executing and managing administration and communication activities and strategies, improving the services offered on the website, eliminating errors on the site, increasing the service quality, enabling third parties to perform their technical, logistics and other similar functions as a service provider on our behalf and ensuring that your payments are made quickly and securely when necessary.

Some of the personal data may only be shared with advertisers in a collectively anonymized manner, along with information of other users, in order to ensure that the ads can be adopted to the target audience. Anonymized data is information that cannot be matched with you, our visitors/customers, it does not contain your credentials or make you identifiable. Your privacy is protected in anonymized data.

Your personal data is collected in order to provide our services in line with the above-mentioned purposes and to fulfill our contractual and legal responsibilities completely and accurately in this context in accordance with the nature of the data, to fulfill the obligations imposed on us by the provisions of the legislation especially Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, Tax Procedure Law No. 213, Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502, Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.
In this context, in accordance with the nature of the data; your personal data is processed in accordance with one of the reasons such as express consent, expressly stipulated in the law, mandatory data processing for the performance of the contract, mandatory for the fulfillment of our legal obligations, and mandatory data processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller.
